Employment with Performance SystemsSummary of BenefitsPerformance Systems offer benefits to full time employees after completion of the 90 day introductory period. Pro-rated benefits are available to part time employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week or 1000 hours per year.The benefits listed below are based on full time employment. Please consult with specific benefit-related questions.
Paid Benefit Time: Full time employees receive 80 hours (two weeks) of paid time off (sick & vacation) per year. Time accumulates starting the first day of work, but is not available to be used until after the 90 day introductory period has ended. Beginning with the 3rd year of employment, the benefit increases to 120 hours (3 weeks). Time may not be taken before it is accumulated, and any time over 40 hours will be forfeited on the first day of the calendar year. Paid Holidays: Performance Systems recognizes the following federal holidays. Full time employees receive 8 hours of holiday pay.
Health Insurance: Performance Systems provides single coverage health insurance at no charge to the employee. Two person and family coverage are available, although the employee is responsible for the additional premium. Health insurance is offered through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. More detailed information is available upon request. Flexible Spending Account: Employees may opt to have money deducted from their pre-tax income to pay for health care related expenditures that are not covered by insurance and for qualifying child care. The annual limit is $2500 for the medical FSA and $5000 for the child care FSA. 401K: Retirement accounts are offered to all employees regardless of length of service. These accounts are 100% employee funded, meaning that employees are fully vested at all times. |
