Building A Successful Home Performance Business Process

This Distance Learning workshop is offered monthly.

Learn what it takes to prosper in Home Performance Contracting. Based on a survey of successful HP contractors, the best practices of the Home Performance industry are now available.

Session 1: Technical readiness testing and introductions (this may not really take 2 hours)

Session 2: The HP business process through the lens of the California Energy Commission's PIER (Public Interest Energy Research) survey of the most successful HP contractors around the country.

Session 3: The HP business process as it applies to YOUR organization. From initial intake to the final invoice - a proven business process will be dissected and examined to be adapted to YOUR situation.

Mentoring session: Schedule an individual mentoring session with Greg Thomas, to iron out the details of your personalized business process.

Cost is $249.00 - or $149.00 for EITHER session 2 or 3 (includes the technical readiness session and the personal mentoring meeting). Group discounts are also available for groups of 5 or more.
