PA Home Energy Transitions to the Private Sector

Ithaca, NY

PA Home Energy, a statewide residential energy efficiency program for new and existing homes implemented by Performance Systems Development, will transition to the private sector through a new funding arrangement. The West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund (WPPSEF) has charged AFC First, the administrators for Keystone HELP, with administering PA Home Energy. This move will allow additional funding sources to lend their support to the program, and build PA Home Energy's future sustainability.

PSD will continue to lend its technical expertise and support to PA Home Energy. Combining Pennsylvania's two preeminent home energy efficiency programs will strengthen PA Home Energy’s ability to transform the residential energy marketplace in the Keystone state.
