About PSD as a Provider
As an accredited Home Energy Rater Provider, Performance Systems Development offers Raters the comprehensive service and support they need to develop a successful home energy ratings business. Our staff includes HERS raters who offer in-house expertise for accurate modeling advice and recommendations. As your provider, we will stay in close communication with you to help you run your business and maintain high-standards for yourself and your clients. We can guide you through the entire process from Rater Training and achieving Certification to processing your completed ratings in a timely fashion.

Type of Providership
PSD is a RESNET ACCREDITED Training Provider, HERS Rating Provider, EPA Indoor airPLUS provider, and a participating provider in the NY ENERGY STAR labeled home program.
ENERGY STAR 3.0 Training
All raters were to have completed the ENERGY STAR 3.0 training by the end of 2011 in order to participate in the ENERGY STAR for New Homes Program. PSD is offering this training in a convenient online format. To register for this training, click here.
PSD Raters Free Monthly Webinar Series
PSD is pleased to announce the creation of our monthly educational webinar series for raters. These webinars will generally take place of the third Tuesday of each month and consist of one and a half hours of presentation and 30 minutes of question and answer on topics relevant to HERS Raters. Performance Systems Development has been accepted by NYSERDA as a HERS Provider in the New York ENERGY STAR Homes Program
To participate in the NYESH Program, HERS Raters must operate under a RESNET ACCREDITED New York HERS Provider participating in the NYESH program. NYSERDA provides incentives and support for Raters participating in the program. For more information e-mail homerater@psdconsulting.com.
