TREAT 3.2 Serial Number Request
Welcome to TREAT 3.2!
Besides adding a new reports interface, weather stations, surfaces, and straw bale wall types, we've made a lot of changes behind the scenes with this version of TREAT, simplifying the installation and registration process.
What does this mean for you?
Your TREAT 3.0 serial number will not work for registering TREAT 3.1 or 3.2
But registering TREAT has just become faster than ever.
This form will allow you to request a new TREAT Serial Number and begin the registration process.
First, however, a few important notes
- Installing TREAT 3.1 or 3.2 will DISABLE TREAT 3.0.
- Your project groups will not be moved and all of your work files will remain in their current location.
- Files created in either TREAT 3.1 or TREAT 3.2, using a TMY3 site, will not calculate in earlier versions of TREAT.
You will have to select another Long Term Weather site that existed in your previous version.
To help recognize the pre-existing sites, they generally have a shorter name.
Obtaining a TREAT 3.2 Serial Number
If you have purchased TREAT or renewed your TREAT support agreement within the previous 12 months, you are eligible to receive a TREAT 3.2 Serial Number.
Please note:
TREAT 3.1 serial numbers are compatible with TREAT 3.2. You do not need a new serial number for TREAT 3.2 if you have already obtained one for TREAT 3.1.
