NYSERDA PON0004: Your Opportunity for Savings

NYSERDA has recently announced that $5 million in funds have been made available to conduct Energy Conservation Studies in New York State under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Eligible participants include municipal governments, public K-12 schools, public universities or colleges, hospitals and not-for-profits (defined as 501 (c)(3)). Each applicant may apply for funding up to the lesser of $30,000 or 25% of the annual energy cost of studied buildings.

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is interested in providing you with a 100% funded energy efficiency study of your facility. AT NO COST to your organization, we will assist you in completing a two-page application and prepare a Scope of Work as required by the NYSERDA program. As your Service Provider, PSD will analyze your utility bills to give your building an EPA ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager score, develop a list of possible energy conservation measures (ECMs), and after a visit to your site, calculate the estimated implementation costs and predicted savings for the recommended ECMs. You will receive a report detailing this information, and you will have all you need to apply for construction funds that will be made available under subsequent NYSERDA/ARRA offerings.
