Whole House Contractor Team Accreditation: Development of a Feasible Model and Implementation Process

This paper developed for the California Energy Commission examines the state of the practice of home performance and looks at how credentialing systems can be used to promote whole house contracting. The credentialing system proposed here was adopted by the Building Performance Institute. Also of interest is a section on managing the liabilities associated with credentialing.
